Biometric tests - New applicants

Hi

I had just recently applied for visitor visa for my parents. Just received a mail in their CIC account for Biometric tests.
But, it looks like all the VFS centers are now closed. (My dad just went to their office, and confirmed.)

They need to submit their Biometric tests in 90-days, else the application will get cancelled. Does anyone have any advise?

The 90 day period will keep extending till the Biometrics centers don't open.

Yes.. Thanks. I had emailed VFS office, and got the same response..
