I read your comments and I think my problem is nearly like yours.
I have submitted the visitor visa for my parents and two days later I received the biometric letters for them.
But due to Corona virus situation, my parents could not go to Ankara VAC to do their fingerprints.
Now the date written in the biometric letter is expired. I've sent emails to
Ankara visa office and also a webform two weeks ago to have a second biometric letter. But no reply until now.
I don't know what to do.
You think they can just go to VAC with that expire biometric letter ?
