Biometric- question *Urgent*

Hello All,

Posting on behalf of two friends.

1st Case: Husband wife in CEC class applied in September 2018 and got approval in Jan 2019. They are doing Landing procedure in Etobicoke office. Both are indian passport holder. Do they need to do Biometric before they appear for interview

2nd Case: Husband and wife from india In FSW class applied in aug 2018 and got approval in Jan 2019. When they go to VFS to send their passport need to understand whether they need to do Biometric?

I think whether or not they need to give Biometric will depend on whether they have received the Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL) or not. As both are Indian passport holders, in my opinion, they would have to give biometric.
