Biometric not updated

I am in similar situation. IRCC asked for resubmission of my spouse's biometrics which we did in April 2024. and still on tracker it is showing as in-progress. there is no update no reply and our background check is not being completed because of this. when I call IRCC they have no added information. Not sure what to do, already raised a webform but no reply.

Posting under international students so is he the student or apply for SOWP.

Any updates on your biometrics?

My name is Mavis Mawuena Agbenu,. I submitted my study permit application on [1st August 2024]. However, did my biometrics on 6th August..I am concerned that it’s been two weeks has passed, and my biometrics information has still not appeared as captured in my IRCC portal, despite having attended the biometrics appointment and completing the necessary procedures.. this has been the second time this has happened after submitting an application.I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter to ensure that my biometrics information is reflected in my application.

This is not a government site so no one on this volunteer forum can update your file. It can take several weeks so either a) wait, b) use webform to ask IRCC to update file
