Biometric not updated on my profile breakdown

Hello house!
Please kindly help me again! I did my biometric since January 29th and till today it’s saying “we need your biometric to process your application” on my profile breakdown but I can see my biometric enrollment date, expiry date and biometric number on my home page. This is taking too long to synchronize and update pls kindly advise me on what to do.....should I be worried?

No, I think they have received your biometrics hence, the number and expiry date but they haven't processed it yet.
what was your timeline like?

I am also on the same boat. Gave my biometric on 4th June, Primary applicant part is showing the biometric details but biometric status is still coming as "We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details " Did u hear any +ve news thereafter?
