Is this a concern? I just want to make sure they weren't trying to request for the medical and accidentally sent the bio letter twice.

Hi I got my biometrics done the first time I applied for my Canada visa I.e in sept 2019. My visa got rejected and now when I applied for the fourth time, I chose paper filing and after I applied I received biometrics instruction letter again. Agent says there’s no need to give biometrics as it is valid for 10 years and I did keep
The letter in my file but then I’m worried about it. Why did I receive the letter again?

The visa you were rejected for...Was it a Visiting Visa? If yes...This is why you are getting it again. You need to do a Bio for Spousal PR. EVEN IF you have done it for visitors.

But they took my passport as it is online filing and also the letter they sent previously said that I won’t have to give biometrics for the next 10 years. so still?
