Biometric letter for my mother

Hi

My father applied visitor visa through online.He also submitted my mother application in the same application.
My father only got biometric request.

We paid $170 for my parents biometric fee .They need separate letter to make an appointment in the VFC.

My father is the primary applicant.

Please let me know
