Biometric fees showing for 1 person

Hi Friends ,I am applying for my parents visitor visa and Biometric fees is being shown for 1 person and visitor fees is for 2.

Aplication Quantity Price (CAD) per unit Total (CAD)
Visitor (includes SE, ME and EXT) 2 $100 $200
Biometrics Fee 1 $85 $85

Anyone had this issue ?
