Hey all,

A month ago we got the request to pay for biometrics and I did so the same day. Followed the instructions in the email on how to submit the receipt (via IRCC webform). Now, just got an email saying "reminder, we have not received biometric payment." I don't know what to do about this. I cannot access IRCC because it won't let me link the application to it. Anyone experienced this or have any suggestions?

I too had the same issue i submitted thru web form and thru Gckey as well as send tjru email and Now i received refused status due missing Biometric receipte
