Biometric fee asian countries 2019

Hello I submitted my husband's sponsorship forms to CIC and they received it on January 10, 2019. I understand that a majority of asian countries need to pay the Biomretic fee upfront since January 1, 2019. We did not do this and only played the $1040 fee. Will his app be returned or CIC will ask for the biometric fee at a later date?

the application will not be returned as IRCC will ask for biometrics later.

i would pay the biometrics fee now and send a copy of the payment receipt for biometrics fees and a copy of the payment receipt for $1040 fee through IRCC webform to visa office

Thank you. I have already payed for the Biometric fee now. It is on a separate receipt. I have been trying to send an inquiry through the IRCC webform but it asks for a application number for me to continue which I don't have (I believe you get it when you receive acknowledgement of receipt)???

send it through IRCC webform.....for outland.....NS ......for inland Mississauga.......you don't have application number since you have not received AOR, so also send a copy of your earlier payment receipt for $1040......and send a letter to explain

I understand Wakki but before it allows me to upload any documents I must enter an application or UCI number first. I just ended typing a random number (one used on my payment receipt) in the "application number" field and it allowed me to upload my documents. I wonder if CIC will respond as it is not my application number....
