Biometric deadline and extension

Hello Everyone,

My AOR is jan 20th and I received MEP on 27th Feb. I am still waiting for my BIL, but my passport is with the UK Embassy and is expected to be with them for another 20 days as I applied for a UK Visa.

Once I get my BIL, i have about 30 days to get the biometric done right? Can this time period be extended or a request be made to CIC for extension.

Any help is appreciated.

My deadline for Biometric is 25th April 2019, I have completed my biometrics but my wife is India and she went to provide her biometrics at New Delhi VAC. She had henna in her hand so she was told to get rid of it otherwise they are not allowing the biometrics.
I have rescheduled her for tomorrow, but its impossible to be henna-free in 2 days.
Can I send CIC email and ask them for extension? What should I do in this case?
- Should I withdraw my wife's application?
How can I reach Canadian immigration other than webform?
I have applied for Express Entry - Permanent Residency.
I am the Primary applicant on my application.

@Bryanna Can you suggest what should I do at this moment? I am not sure what to do at this moment.

Don't withdraw her application. You must email NDVO to request her to give her fingerprints after about 3 weeks.

VFS won't take her fingerprints if there's any sign of henna on her palms. So, the appointment which you rescheduled unfortunately won't help

additional emailing NDVO, should I also use web form to submit request for extension. I am just worried that my application would be rejected just because of henna.
My biometric deadline is after 2 days . Would emailing NDVO help me extending it?

I also forgot to mention, that I live in USA and my wife currently is in India for a month now.
So should I just email NDVO? How would I know which centre is handling my application? I submitted my express entry application online from USA as country of residence.

I din't need to. I ended up submitting biometric within 30 days.

You must give it a try otherwise the application can be refused for non-compliance under Sec.41(a) of the IRPA.

@Bryanna I see the status of Biometric in my application is COMPLETE, even though my wife hasn't submitted her fingerprints. Is that how the status is meant to be? What will be status when both of the fingerprints are accepted?
