Does anyone have any update regarding biometric centre opening date in new delhi. CIC has asked for biomteric and last date to submit is 18th Jan 2021. What should I do if I can't do biometric by that day ?

Effective 27 November 2020, Canada visa applicants who have submitted applications for student (SP) category and family class priority – spouses, partners and children (FCP) can enroll biometrics at Canada Visa Applications Centres in 6 cities - Delhi, Jalandhar, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Bengaluru.
Can anybody confirm if CEC/express entry applicants can give biometrics under FCP?
