Biometric action required

I have applied for spousal sponsorship for my wife outland.
I received a letter to collect her biometrics. I booked an appointment and she went and gave her biometric. In the application status on the cic website under her information it says

• Principal Applicant: xxxxxxx
• Unique Client Identifier (UCI): xxxxxxxx
• Application number: xxxxxxxx
• Date Received: August 7, 2019
• Biometrics:
  • Biometrics Number: xxxxxxxxxxxx
  • Date of Biometrics Enrolment: October 31, 2019
  • Expiry Date: October 31, 2029

However in my account home under the applications I linked to my account

Permanent Residency xxxxxxxxxx yyyyyyyyy zzzzzzzzz October 10, 2019 Your action is required Read

and inside the application page when i press check application status

under the biometric section it still says

• We need your fingerprints to process your application. Check your messages below for details.

Is there anything we need to do after giving biometrics? Is there any document we need to submit like the photo of the sticker they applied to the back of the passport? Or are they going to do it automatically. I am a bit worried because they give a warning in the letter they sent to us to do the biometrics saying we must give biometrics within 30 days otherwise the application will be refused.

So the principal applicant (your wife) gave biometrics. Her account online reflects that.

i think I was unclear.
Nothing in the thread is about me. It’s just that I am acting as her representative.

so when you log into my account the application to sponsor her (the principal applicant) in the status it says action required

when I check the full status of the application in the box at the top that has her information it has the biometric ID and date she gave the biometric

however in the small bullets under that in the biometric category it still says we need your finger prints.

my guess is that this is just a time thing until an officer checks it and does something.
So my question is after you give biometric for a spousal sponsorship is there anything the pricncipal applicant needs to do / send or is everything automatic?

I tried to log into the documents section in the application page and there is no field to upload documents so I don’t even know how I would submit a document in this case.

Everything is automatic from biometrics.

The reason why I ask if you need to give biometrics is that if your name is similar to someone with a criminal record in Canada they may require your fingerprints to ensure you're not barred from sponsoring her by reason of criminality.

I don’t think I need to give biometric. Because I already received a letter that says I have been approved as a sponsor.
