Biometerics

My parents visited me a year ago and they did their biometrics for the visit visa before. Now I am sponsoring them under the family sponsorship category , wondering if they need to redo the biometrics (as I herd its valid for 10 years) if not where can I get copy to submit with application. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

In my husband's case, he had to do the biometrics again though the first one that he did for the TRV was valid for 10 years and it was first linked to his PR application. But a few months down the road they asked him for new biometrics.
