Biographical Pages - Dpes this Include All Your Visas and Stamps Too?

The only bio pages I know of are the one main one with your name and details, and I have another page with a birth cert name (same name, different language) printed. Are these two the only ones I need to photocopy or do I need to send in all the various pages with stamps from foreign countries?

No, you don't need to send copies of your Exit/Entry stamps at this stage. You're only required to send the bio pages. However, they might ask you to send a copy of the stamps (translated if not in English) before the interview.
