Hi everyone, applied for PR under AIP program to NS. everything went as per timelines, received AOR on 9th August 2023 however I am still waiting for biometrics/medical request letter...is this normal? when do we normally receive biometrics request after getting AOR?

Biometrics are valid for 10 years. Medical is also valid for 1 year and can be waived if living in Canada with access to provincial healthcare. In this case IRCC will look at your provincial healthcare billing to assess if you are potentially placing excessive demand on the healthcare system and whether a medical and more information is required. Not saying this is the guaranteed reasons but potential explanations.

Hi, thanks for your reply, appreciate it, my point however is I havent received the letter to give biometrics after receiving my AOR in August 2023. Previously I have never given biometrics for any of Canada's visa
