Bio-metrics details are not showing up on express entry profile.

Hi There.

I hope everyone is fine. I submitted my documents for express entry on 5 September 2018 and right now my application is in background check. But the details of my biometrics are not updated yet i.e. there is no biometric number issue date and expiry date. Do anyone know what could be the reason and if it is normal or not.

If you were not aksed for biometrics, then it will never show up.

I was not asked for but one of my friend was not asked for either but he has all the details of bimetrics and we both have applied for same CEC category.

Like mr.preetsingh said, if you've NOT given your fingerprints then nothing is going to appear.

I gave my biometrics last Friday, and previous to this the biometric parts of my details were blank.

Hey guys my wife and me got or biometrics collection letter on Oct 8th and gave our biometrics on Oct 18th but still no change in our app, any ideas what we could do??
