This is a democracy and not a dictatorship. The people opposing this bill deserve that they are getting explained by the majority why that majority supports it. That is the whole point of parliament.Does she really have to mention all and every amendment in detail.. get over it and just vote! lol

As proponent of democracy, concurring the decisions made by the elected body, that is the House of Commons, make most sense, specially at this stage when this bill took its time in Senate!
