Interesting! who is "him" and "it" in this email? I think "it" is Bill C6. But who's "him"?I sent my liberal MP, and below was the funny reply I received today from his office;

I think of them as a huge failure for the Liberals. We will meet them next élections anywaysOMG! Not too sure what to think of these emails : /
They cannot do that, unless that bill was merely a jokeLooks like the bill C-6 will end up dealing in September if this bill is not dealt in HoC within the next few days, Senators would love an early summer break
I have posted the reply e-mails that I received. Chagger's assistant replied back in a few minutes obviously with a template reply without even reading my e-mail. The MP's assistant was unaware of the bill progress.Guys,
Again - Bug Minister A Hussen and B Chagger.......don't acceept inaction. Email again and again.
We got here because Senate felt pressure of all emails, petition and social media...otherwise they would love to sit on it for a year more. They got no deadlines.
Not a committee , the government and the minister .When C-6 become law, which committee decides the effective date of its rules, such as the 3/5 rule?
So on what basis do you think they decided to consider Senate amendments for C-4 and C-7 on May 5 and 12 before C-6? Just because they were more important than C-6 or simply because they arrived before?!This is not how a single parliament in any western democracy works. Parliaments don't work by "First in, first out".
My point was they expected the Conservative Senate to pass the bill within two weeks while in the parliament where they have the complete majority they could not even discuss the same bill which is almost done, within the same time (two weeks!).Yes and that didn't happen because the Conservatives in the Senate started delaying it. So we agree on that.
I will make a difference if the bill does not become law before the summer break, then even days matter!So can you please tell me why you want the bill to pass today and not next week? It will make no difference.
