I thought the majority would be against the amendmend like the previous one but it seems many senators stayed neutral while all the conservatives voted !!

for me it seems the conservatives are really pissed of the bill B-6 and i'm sure if they have the chance to come back one of the first things on their agendan would be to pass the c-24 again!!!

I think you just waked up. Amendments are related to language/knowledge requirements for senior age group, court appeal in case of revocation, minor's citizenship application without parents. I think these are majors.
