Can anyone clear my thought on the new bill?ar_fabrics said:Citizenship applicants will need to be physically present in Canada for a total of four out of their last six years. In addition, they will need to be physically present in Canada for 183 days per year for at least four of those six years. These provisions will come into force in approximately a year.
What you think?
Four out of six years, that's 365*4 = 1460 days
if we live four full year, the second condition of 183 days per year met
if we spread those 1460 days evenly among six years, it will be 1460/6=242 days/per year
the condition for 183 days still meet
So in what circumstances, the condition of 183 days per year for at least four years will be unmet?
