Big delay on citizenship application

Is it that ur were unemployed or on welfare the process time was slow or was it the backlog.

Hello friends,
So i got my AOR in April and background was cleared in May.
Since then tnere has been zero movement in the application. I have not been invited to take the citizenship test. There ia no security screening and i even got cic notes and they were good.
A couple of GCMS notes shows the application in transit to Scarborough office and it has been like that for a couple of months.
Called MP but nothing.
Called IRCC and they said they do not know what is going on and they send a note to the officer (a month ago) but again no movement.


What is my best course of action here? I was thinking of withdrawal and resubmission but am open to suggestions.

P/S: No travel, No convictions, Working/ Tax on time/ PR is EE/ I submitted online application

Hello
Try gcms notes too. Did u reach minister of ur region. Do u hv a criminal record. Did u file ur paper on ur own.were u unemployed or social assistance. Did u travel .maybe all factors they see
