I have all proof like marriage certificate, WhatsApp chat, our joint bank statement, call history, and our pics. So can I invite my wife to Canada with me? Plz suggest me wat can I do,it's possible or not?

You may apply for spouse sponsorship

I'm 20 yrs older than my partner. We both have our own kids so are not planning on more. I want to get married soon and just have his family present so we can start the paperwork. We are planning a wedding in hotel with my family and friends next summer. He already met my mother while she was on vacation and he met my children and most of my friends. I took them down to meet him. Not sure whether we should wait and do one as some ppl are telling me it will cause problems if my family is not present. It's just a big expense for everyone which is why we are planning for next year.. should we wait or take a chance?

I also did not submit any letters from friends or family of any of us. I guess I was not even aware that I could send things like that and they could help. Too bad I found out about this group letter.
But just like you I have submitted a lot of pictures, skype call records, emails, watsapp. We have been talking for 2 years. Age gap is 32 years. Both are never married and no kids.

Fingers crossed.
Did you get a reply on your application? I'm just curious.

Hi if you lived together for at least one year and you have proofs why don’t you apply common law? Then marry when you’re ready.

What was the outcome ? :)

Hi, was your husband younger than you? I'm in similar situation, my wife is 14 year older than me. She has two kids with her ex husband

Did you get married in 2023? Why did you not apply for sponsorship at that time and what has your status in Canada been since your WP expired? Do you now live together and for how long?
