Hey when did you get RPRF request?and do you think for those who didn’t pay upfront (like myself), we will be asked to pay later on just before the PPR, or i was supposed to be asked to pay at early stage after AOR or MEP?
December 18Hey when did you get RPRF request?
As per your timeline, almost a year :O Wow!! Why so long it took them to process your application?December 18
Then the PPR email on 18 January
Then i sent my passport on 22nd January, received by the Canadian embassy in Dubai on 24th, and no news since then
That’s my life story till this moment
I knooooow I don’t really know why.. maybe because I traveled and lived in different places, maybe because i had my kid in the application with me, maybe because i’m from Saudi Arabia .. I don’t know!!As per your timeline, almost a year :O Wow!! Why so long it took them to process your application?
Long travel history might be the reason.I knooooow I don’t really know why.. maybe because I traveled and lived in different places, maybe because i had my kid in the application with me, maybe because i’m from Saudi Arabia .. I don’t know!!
But after receiving the PPR email, i feel like it’s okay if it took forever.. am just stressed about not hearing anything about my passport till now..
The process is definitely a very stressful one from the beginning all the way till you receive the pr card .. or maybe till we find jobs .. but it hopefully worth it in the long run
Indeed!Long travel history might be the reason.
Even I am stressed not seeing any updates. Just sucks with this long waiting!!
Will sure doIndeed!
Keep me updated please
ADR can be requested any time. Doesn't matter if you crossed 20 days.Hello members,
My application is still unmoved and below are my details:
Date 1 17-Oct-18 AOR
Date 2 15-Nov-18 Medical Passed
GCMS notes ordered on 6-Feb-19
My application also states that 9 weeks to completion.
Any ideas/suggestions apart from this.
Will I get any additional documents request since it is almost 120 days since I received AOR.
Thanks.

Nov 2 AOR and I'm stuck at IP1 since Dec 4.hey folks, am 8NOV AOR FSW-O with non-accompanying spouse, am stuck in IP1 since 11th Dec 2018, so far no ADRs.., is it true that CPC-Ottawa is having a huge load of files and hence it is taking time, or since I am applying with non-accompanying spouse which is contributing to the delay and being stuck in IP1, please suggest..
@SithLord did you gert any updates on your application?Nov 2 AOR and I'm stuck at IP1 since Dec 4.
Yes, CPC-Ottawa is having huge backlogs. My application has now been pushed to June 11, 2019 for completion.
I'm afraid it may take atleast 6 months for us.
