Thank youCongrats and all the best for you're journey ahead !
Finally man, it was a test of dhoirjo!Received PPR email on 07/20.
Refusal letter?Guzzzz.
Finally, 2 weeks after we received a procedural fairness letter followed by refusal letter from IRCC. We received the PPR yesterday. It was a roller coaster ride for us.
Just so let you know the IP1, IP2 etc. are moot point as ours still say background in process despite of recieving the PPR!!!
Hang on guys. If you are true to IRCC and nothing to hide you WILL get through for sure.
Yeah, we got a refusal from IRCC. You know birth certificates issued by MCD Delhi are horrible with letters punched wherever they find place (not inline with Name, age, Mother’s name, Father’s name etc.). They seemed morphed to the officer hence they asked some other government document to prove age and relationship.Refusal letter?

Also the logo on experience letter and offer were different which seemed suspicious to them.
So they sent us a procedural fairness letter seeking response in 7 days. We did respond in 6 days with appropriate proofs and letter from Indian embassy proving our daughter’s age and relationship with us. However, the responses submitted via webform takes over 15 days to be redirected to appropriate visa office/officer. The officer hence refused our application stating that he did not received our responses for the procedural fairness hence he refused our application.
We contacted the same day using webform and phone providing them all proofs that IRCC is inefficient in processing application and its not us.
After 15 days of excruciating wait we received ppr directly and ironically the background status still says processing. The status like IP1,IP2, BG etc. are moot point.
When you submit your responses using webform they are forwarded to visa office/officer 15 days later. Always keep the acknowledgement email from IRCC and other evidence handy if submitting responses/document to send them again in case your application need re-consideration.
I would suggest ordering GCMS notes. It definitely give push to your application if not done yet.Congrats
I’m waiting in ip1 .. 126 days lol lets see wat i get
Already did twice. Unfortunately with no effect. I am about to receive my first one in a day or two. Lets see what it saysI would suggest ordering GCMS notes. It definitely give push to your application if not done yet.
