BG in Progress for more than 3 months

my BG Check was in progress two days after my AOR.
But now, it has been 3 and a half months without further update.

Does anyone else have a similar case? If yes, could you please share your thoughts on this?

Thank you all for your inputs. Though I'm FSW Outland, I understand they are treating me as CEC because I've been to Canada as a student.
