Hi thank you for your comment. I almost believed it. Checked that the location is tagged with the farmhouse lodging as well.
They did a lot to make it "feel real"...
Then why in Canada if it's about the "state's" community.
The link I just searched and found the same contact info and name as the one give by the "employer" so I assumed that they are connected to the same person.
Even in Google Maps it's the same property as well. I even messaged the Farmhouse Cottages lodging site (not the one I attached initially here) to check if the "employer" is connected with them and really has a job opportunity open.
No response yet both from email and lodging site.
You would need to pursue this through the police and court system of your home country.
Most likely there is no way to get this money back.

A Doctor giving you a job from a gmail account? Never share personal information. Fake.
Report to local authorities. Scammers aren’t even in Canada. As for problems, don’t know as they can now use your personal information.
