At the moment we're in need of 20 cookers and 35 cleaners, The Employment Duration is 3 years(Renewable) with the following facilities.

Someone please confirm if this HRSDC letter and offer letter are real.
One of my friends appeared for biometrics at VFS Banglore. After that, he got his visa application rejected. If it's a scam, how can they take it to that stage?
Because you applied for a work permit. Anyone can apply and then once they apply then documents are found to be fake. Fake documents are found in background check. Did person get a 5 year ban?
He didn't get a ban. Actually, they're applying for a visit visa. After reaching Canada, it will convert to a work visa. Is that possible and legal?
No. Not possible. Can’t convert a visitor visa to a work permit. Still need a LMIA.
You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Depending on the job requirements, you may need IELTS for language and ECA for education. Most if not all jobs posted will say that you must be a citizen, PR or a person with work authorization to apply so no point in applying for those jobs.
So if coming to Canada, and trying to get job offer with LMIA they need a lot of money to visit and trying to find a job. Only can stay up to 6 months.
I received the same email, thank God I checked and found that it's fake otherwise I would have trapped by these mind killing people who plays with the emotions.
