Better to apply From Canada or India

I have to leave in a 45 days (wrk permit exp.)and have 1 year Canadian exp. so should Apply for EE(CEC)
while I am in canada or , should go Back to India and apply from there ? (not considering BOWP)

but what if I applied and waiting for ,their decision on my file. and have to leave canada coz expiring of my work permit.

dude garage your situation.. what are you chances of being here... now let me give my example.. I was working in US.. but I had WP and decided to do from Canada , as I knew gonna stay Der long.

So its you analysis, what do you think is gonna happen to you your job, in coming 6 months

hmmm.. thats true since my work permit is expiring and my employer will not help me to extent it. i have only to opt., either apply from here and wait in canada or go to india and apply form there and wait until whatever decision is made.
