Indian Postal Service is the best in my opinion. It reaches in about a week and costs only about 50 Rs. (maybe a little more but under 100 for sure)

Big NO. The registered post will be charged at 199 Rs and EMS will be 800 Rs. The former will not pass through customs unless you declare and latter will take 15-30 days. Its your choice.

I had sent transcripts using simple airmail for about Rs. 50 and they reached fine within a week. It even had tracking. Do you have personal experience with this? DHL charges some unreasonable amount in my experience, I have used them too in the past.

Thanks. I have decided to go with DHL

DHL - It took 3 days for my documents to reach. Normal cost is over 2400Rs, but as its for WES there is a special discount. But you must ask them. Many DHL dealers dont agree there is one. But keep trying different branches. I am from Chennai. Thiruvamnayur DHL had that option and they sent my documents for 1500Rs

dude.. don go any other apart from Indian postal service.. because.. IPS has contract with Canada post. DHL has Fedex.. sometimes here Canada post has more pref than these Fedex etc

Can we track the shipment visa Indian post? Sorry I have never used post other than for local post, hence the question

I sent using DHL reached in 48 hrs. They charges Rs 1400 approx.

4500 sounds too much. I had paid under 100 for simple airmail with tracking and reached within a week.
