Hi There. can anybody please tell me, my brother is studying in Vancouver and he is doing 4 years degree, he is in first year now.for getting PR what he needs to do? i mean how can he follow the process of Saskatchewan? what if he study for only 2 years and get an associate degree, do he need to apply for work permit?where he need to apply for work permit, in Vancouver or in Saskatchewan? if he can apply in Vancouver what is the process after that?
