- maximum withdrawal limit per transaction ?
- transaction charges per withdrawal ?

2. Travellers cheque
- what fee does bank charge in Canada to process the funds into account ie any handling charges?

3. Demand Draft
- fee that bank charges

Why not use bank transfer? Fast and simple. Unless you want to bring millions to Canada, bank transfer will not cost you that much.
