My husband has served in the army for 14 years he is a signaller, a physical training instructor and holds majority of his driving licenses. For the last 2 years he has been recruiting for the army reserves. We are unsure which way would be best for us to apply and if it's skilled entry or express entry which NOC code should he use? My parents have lived in Ontario for the last 5 years so could also go down the family route.

Really zardos, thats great to know thank you. We thought she could have maybe sponsored us. Do you have any idea if FSW or EE would be better for us? or hwere we could go to get my husbands military qualifications civilianised
I think that Express Entry is the only realistic way. FSW is, if I remember correctly, just a subset of EE, along with CEC. I can't help with the qualifications I'm sorry to say. Family Class Sponsorship is quite restrictive and your parents are not eligible to sponsor you.Dimples2412 said:

You can narrow it down to one per position. Also, only work experience in the last 10 years is counted.
I think you would have to go through a provincial nomination program (PNP) to get an extra 600 points to get through EE. It's not always necessary to get a job offer to get a provincial nomination. Look to PNPs of the Maritime provinces (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and Labrador), but I have also heard of job offers in the territories (Yukon, Northwest) being extended to foreigners because they are in need of people.
