I believe the 'fastest' way of getting a visa from India is the visitor (dependent) visa, my wife received hers in 5 working days.
Regarding the OWP, we will be looking for it once we land in Canada next month.
I feel there's nothing that can stop you from getting an OWP as a visitor if you produce your husband's WP which falls under either of the NOC skill levels (0, A or B) and ofcourse your marriage certificate.
I currently am on a PG WP expiring Feb 13 2013... However I've already secured a 2 year LMO (this was provided my spouses TRV application)... I got married on Dec 15 2012 and applied for my spouse TRV on Dec 27 2012 which was got refused with reason that she was unable to prove that she will Canada after her stay and that there was insufficient proof to prove the relationship...
I don't understand the visa officer...
What is the best and fastest proven way to bring my spouse to Canada...??? Please, help...
I will have to soon send an application to extend my WP... Should i include my spouse application along with that...??? Though she is not in Canada, should i complete the forms on her behalf, email them and have them signed and retunred to me...???
I've so many questions... Are there any experts on this matter in Toronto...??? I do not wish to get another refusal...
