Best way to accompany spouse of PGWP holder (in Canada)

Hello there,
Please help me.

I have completed my masters in a Canadian university in June and got my PGWP (for three years) two days ago.
I am working in a Software company as a full-time employee in Toronto.
My wife is in Bangladesh.

Can you please suggest me which will be the best way to bring her in Canada?

Options:
1: Apply for TRV
2: Apply for OWP
3: Apply for both OWP and TRV.
4: Others (plz mention if any)
