Best time to land at YYZ?

Hey everyone!

Planning a trip to Toronto soon to undergo the 'soft landing'. I was looking at flight times and the one I'm leaning towards lands at YYZ on a Monday at 2:30 in the afternoon.

Based on other members experience, would landing at that time allow me to complete immigration related formalities and also have time to spare to get my SIN made (before that counter closes) ?

Some International Students are coming these days, still immigration will not take much time. SIN, you can get it even from any service canada center on any working day and Does not take more than 30 mins.
