i think.u have to reappear ielts n get 5.5 bands or more each n make a strong sop in which state that why were not serious un study n convice vo by writing some impressing things all of these u have to maje a very strong sop which saves u from rejection n strong financial support

My friend got visa with 6band and reading 5.0bands his ielts was L-6,R-5,W-6,S-6

10th -55%
12th -60%

My advise is that apply to a course that is
very related to your previous degree and
write a Statement of purpose explaining
your interest in that particular college, the
degree and why you want this degree, what
you expect from this degree, your
motivation, why you didn't perform good
previously. Try to highlight the best things,
projects you did in your previous academic
life but be non-technical. If you have an "A"
grade in any subject try to link that subject
with the degree you are intending to do in
Canada.
Try to give him the impression that you
have learnt from your mistakes and now you
can change the world with this degree.
Also attach RECOMMENDATION LETTER
FROM YOUR PREVIOUS PROFESSORS stating
that you were a good student and you
performed above average, your practical
knowledge and true position is not reflected
from your percentage.
Read this case, though it is for F1 american

Notarized copies r not mandatory but if u submit it's gud !! And yes if u want to notarize it won't be normal stamp which we use, ask the guy that this is for visa and he will use 4-5 stamps !!! They sit at Nehru place

10th - 49% 2009 (Maths backlog but passed out in same year in supplement)
12th - 52.6% 2009- 2011 march
GNIIT diploma in computer accounting July 2011-february 2012 (8months)
IELTS - 6 bands ( L-6.5,R-5.0,W-6.0,S-6.5)
Loan against FD of 80% covering Tution fees,living cost, etc..
Mother ITR'S
Medicals done in march for may which I got refused so m using same medicals again for sep intake I think medicals are valid for 1year
