Forgot all about Kwantlen! SORRY!

Plenty of Comp Sci programs in Colleges, but Comp Engineering is pretty much limited to Universities /Tech institutes.

My comment was directed more at peep, who inquired about best colleges for comp engineering. Both Kwantlen and Langara have solid reps for colleges. BCIT, UBC and SFU are best Universities. (Actually, Kwantlen was recently "promoted" to university status as well but can't compete with the three others.)
