best province to live in terms of jobs and cheap rents

Hello everyone! I just want to hear your thoughts, views, suggestions on the best province to live in terms of jobs and cheap apartments. It doesnt matter if its in the city or subarb areas. As long as the jobs and rental rates will be good. Im a lil bit on a debating on moving to Ontario (dont know which part, no idea) or British Columbia (either Victoria or Vancouver, But i heard it rains too much in this province)....So your comments will be greatly appreciated.. I just want to enlightened with this matter. Thank you all

I am not sure if you are aware of the recent situation in the Alberta economy. I personally think Alberta economy will slow down with today's situation with the Oil industry. So take an informed decision. Alberta used to be very good , but the future is uncertain big time as of now. Google will help you to find more about this.
