I am currently working in Quebec and open to relocating to Ontario.. Need suggestions from this group on which is the best province to start my PR process.

Are you fluent in French? Do you have a job interview in Ontario?

You will have to look at your specific circumstances but immigration to Quebec will likely be difficult. You would have to show that you are not going to reside in Quebec.

Look at your current CRS score and the current cutoff if you think that you are making it then stay. where you are if you are in Tech/Software I'd recommend Ontario or BC.
