Check if you qualify to send an EOI to NB PNP for the Open Category...see if your roles also fit as NOC 2171 or 2174 as 2173 is regulated in NB:

I got SINP nomination last year. I used to check their website 3 times a day to see when they opened. I had all my papers ready and applied the second day.

I could be wrong, but unless you have a job offer, or Canadian experience, the only provinces that are open to nomination are Manitoba, Prince Edward, and New Brunswick

Yes @LokiJr. as far i researched, to apply for SINP we need an employment offer.

what are the docs, that we need to keep ready to apply for this PNP ASAP?
1. Education Docs
2. Personal details - Passport
3. IELTS, ECA certificate
4. Bank balance -- how should we show this and minimum what is the period that we should have this balance in our account??
5. Experience details -- since i am in software field, my previous & current employers don't provide me a experience certificate in the format CIC ask. What should i do in this case??

Can someone help me in this case??
as far i know, now Manitoba, PEL, NB are the only province accepting EOI. But NB is accepting only NOC-2171, 2172, 2174, 2175 in OPEN CATEGORY.

Have you tried attending NB's information session? It's a straight forward way to be prioritised.

Try to get ielts and eca done soon so you can straight bit the docs faster. Those are valid for 2 and 5 years respectively. If Canada is meant for you, that should be ample time to get invited etc. :)

Do you mean to say that I have to go NB to attend the information session?? And I have done my IELTS and ECA verification and got my certificates for those aswell..

Depends on where you're from. The government of NB goes to various countries to conduct info sessions (i.e. they are doing one in the Philippines this week). So just attend those.

ECA's and IELTS take quite a while to complete so best if you can get them completed soon

Job offer is not necessary in SINP. As long as you meet at least 60/100 points in their points grid. It is possible without a job offer.

Watch out for SINP, it might open again soon.

@LokiJr01: thanks for the info bussy. they are planning for a session in India later this year. i am waiting for that. Also i have done my IELTS & ECA.
waiting for any PNP to open..

SINP just opened and closed two weeks back..

NB has schedules until august this year but it seems they are saving their biggest campaign for India in Q4 so best of luck to you :) By then Ontario might open temporarily so that and SINP are good alternatives too :)
