Hey, I would like to know about the job prospects for immigrated doctors. Any provinces who are a bit lenient towards giving jobs to IMGs ? (international medical graduates)
I would appreciate any reviews and help from the doctors who have relocated to canada.
Thanks

buddy this is a good question. I would say it depends on your specialty too.... but i will prefer a place with more population so Ontario or BC or at the end Alberta....

I am kind of sure you might need to pass licencing exams here in Canada ,
doesn't matter which province you land in !

I dont know much about the exam in-itself or the levels needed to be cleared.
But I know my friends say its real hard.

so make sure you look into them before you deiced to move, and Good luck with both ur PR and job :)

None.

You need to check out the licensing requirements in the province you are interested in immigrating to.

Its all a factor of demand vs need factor .
Saskatchewan,Newfoundland, and Alberta are easy to get licensure .
Its easy to get in as a GP.
Royal College has started a Practice Based Assessment route ,so you can try it.
