In addition, if you are good at any particular subject you can become a tutor. In my 1st year of university I remember an engineering student used to charge me $10/hr for a tutoring lessons. That rate is currently sitting at $20/hr in a lot of schools these days.
So imagine having 4 students that you tutor for an hr a week for $20/hr each. That's like $80 a week with the potential to have more. If you are knowledgeable you will be well sort after. Check with your student union on how to go about this.

If you live in the Province of Ontario, Quebec, and Alberta you can apply to be an Uber driver. The money made is incredible for part time work and it is also flexible.

Does that not assume access to a qualifying vehicle, insurance plus can still only clock 20 hours a week if in full time education ?

For those who have a access to a good working vehicle it is doable. Since you work at your own pace you get to select hours that you need I think.
