Mate, you go to immigration consultant when you really need one.. otherwise you can handle your case too..
I consulted a CIC registered lawyer in Karachi but i think i made a mistake n i could've filed the case by my own. Right now, i am more updated about CIC rules, news n stuff than my lawyer..
So if you think your case is somehow complicated to present against visa officers, then hire one.. otherwise go by your self!
