best home internet plan for ottawa

Hi folks,

Is it just me or the Telcom costs in Canada are crazy. Anyways, which is the best home internet service in Canada. I do not need TV or home phone as I use my trusty magic jack which has been saving big bucks on my home phone bills. Just need internet with capacity 15-30 GB per month. Deals would be great.


Any suggestions.
