Dear All,

I will be moving to Saskatoon within next few months, would like to know the best areas and communities to live in and also the best elementary schools in Saskatoon.

Thanks in advance.

Saskatoon is pretty small. Why don't you drive around to see where you want to live?

Or do you prefer walk around? Websites are nice, but you can't feel and see the actual surroundings.

Well, actually Saskatoon is small, only 305'000 people..driving is a good option.

What is big, is Saskatchewan the province..

Saskatoon is divided into 2. The West and the East. The East is perceived to be safer than the west - this is a generalization though.

There's a bridge separating both. If you decide to go for the East you might have to pay a premium to rent there.

There are new schools in the newer areas of the East - Stonebridge, Rosewood and Evergreen.

You can check kijiji for rental options in these neighbourhoods. The older neighbours are easier for transit.

Many thanks dear chosen for your contribution. Please can you give us the list of these older neighborhoods and the minimum acceptable number of rooms for a family of 4.
Thanks as we look forward to your quickest response.
