Best City For Canada

Can someone from Canada itself please guide me. I need to pick up a course however, confused which city based on:
1. Lowest Racism/Hate Crime Ratio/LGBT Friendly or tolerant
2. Not extreme Population
3. Has events or extra curricular activities
4. Sober Work Culture Reputation
5. Economical Rentals etc. >> Though I am a foodie, I am also fully raw veggie half the year - fruits n veggie diets!
6 Job Prospects

It depends on what/where you are comparing to...

Generally, I'd say that there are no problems with your points 1. to 4. in just about any major city in Canada; 5 & 6, depends what your budget is/what job you are looking for (although the latter isn't directly relevant to someone seeking to study here).

I will add that you should choose a course that you *want* to study, that is a logical progression for the studies you have already done/your professional development first, THEN narrow down your options by location.
