Best Bank for new immigrants in Ontario

Can someone please guide that which bank is best suitable for new comers in Toronto, Ontario & why ?
I would like to know about any special services for immigrants which other banks don't offer ?
Which account type is best ?

Canada have 5 major banks and all are good. They are RBC, TD, Scotia, CIBC and BMO, all these banks have new immigrants package. New immigrants do not pay service charge for 1st year. After that you can decide about the suitable bank account type. Visit the websites of these banks and you will know about the product and services.

At the moment Scotia bank is the best. Reason because they are offering an account free for 1 year and unsecured $1000 credit card. Here is the link

RBC is also good but they are only offering free account for 6 months plus unsecured $1000 credit card.

My advice go for Scotia bank
