@Deep22 .... Actually i went UK for studies.. So before going UK i took a bank loan of 12 lakhs from State bank of India.
Its 6 acres of agrcultural land.... And its from a very small village as well..... U r saying it is 3 acres... So i think u can easily get 6 lakhs frm 3 acres of land. However, it depends upon the market valuation.... Cos as i took frm a small village the cost of the agricultural land is evaluated low. But if ur agri land is frm developed or developing area then u can even get more amount than 6 lakhs. So i advice u better contact a bank soon rather than keeping silent. The course if for masters in toxicology, University of East London, Uk. All you need is proper documents showing that u/ur dad owned that land. If u contact the bank they will let u know what else to be provided. I think its nt difficult to get a loan frm bank on agri land.... I got that in 6 weeks.... Hope this helps...
