I was onsite @ CIC Mississauga Office from 8:00am to 10:00am to gather some information and pictures for my friend who works for CBC.
The information below is just my personal experience. I apologize in advance if I've missed some good companies

Best in no particular orders:
Happy Road Express (www.hr-ex.com)
Deal Made Xpress (www.3xpress.ca)
Metro Mississauga Courier (www.mmcourier.com)

Happy Road Express is the first one in line, better than any of my comments.
I personally used Deal Made Xpress and the communication was second to none. You could even call them to get your files back before the deadline to make changes if there were errors and they seemed always to be there to help.
I talked to the guy from Metro Mississauga Courier in the lobby of CIC Mississauga building. Nice reliable guy and is very proud of what he's doing.

All the three companies made to the first 1000-1500 applications.
There was another courier company there who also made their customers to the first 1000-1500 but I didn't get a chance to talk to them nor get their name.

Worst
Loomis - The driver waited in line and left at 8:25am without delivery. He took all the files with him and took off.

UPS was the first big courier company arrived and was still there waiting when I left.
Fedex arrived at 8:30-40am and was still there waiting when I left.
I didn't see Canada Post nor Purolator before I left.

Best wishes to everybody.

Thanks for this information! It is very much appreciated. I guess going forward, local couriers are the best guarantee.

Don't forget Purolator. Caused at least 2 applicants to miss the deadline due to "missed connection".

Hi,
What time did they accept the application? Did they accepted before 8am?

No, i was told the lobby was open at 7am and elevator was available for couriers at 8am.

I didn't comment on Purolator because I didn't even see them before I left.

Gr8 info YA61X. I had sent my application via Purolator which showed that the pkg was delivered at 10:10am.

I was hoping to be there too but could not make it due to work. I was thinking to capture few pics to share with friends and news channel.

Was the chaotic or smooth process to deliver? Did CIC have 1 person to collect the package?

How much did you and other people pay if shipped locally from GTA?

CIC had 3 group totalling 6 officers. The lines was moving way fast this year than last year.

I used UPS and it was delivered at 740 AM and received by ADUSEI

anyone else got same signatory ??

This is quite sad to hear :(

Considering you were there till 10, and spoke with some of the courier guys, how many applications do you think CPC-M received in that time? 1500-2000? 3000? More?

Mine was delivered around 10.12AM, and when my guy reached CPC-M, there was no line whatsoever.

Do they stop accepting after they reach 5000 or would they still accept the delivery ?

There's some evidence to show that over 4K applications were delivered before 10am. See:

They continue to accept deliveries and then return the application packages unprocessed via regular mail.

I wonder if Purolator lied on their tracking info about the 9:43am delivery time?
